Back Pain Treatment in Tiruppur

Low back pain is one of the most common reasons people see a physiotherapist. It can follow lifting, a sudden movement or long hours of sitting or standing, and sometimes it starts without an obvious cause.

Frequently asked questions

Should I rest in bed with back pain?

Long bed rest is not usually recommended. Gentle movement and staying as active as you comfortably can generally helps recovery.

Do I need an X-ray or MRI?

Most back pain does not need a scan. If your assessment suggests one is needed, we will advise you to see a doctor.

How long does recovery take?

It varies. Many people improve within weeks, while longstanding pain may take longer. We will discuss a realistic plan after assessment.
