Posture & Ergonomic Physiotherapy in Tiruppur

Many people in Tiruppur spend long hours at a desk, a sewing machine, behind the wheel or looking down at a phone. Over time, staying in one position can load the same muscles and joints again and again, leading to stiffness and pain in the neck, shoulders and back.

Frequently asked questions

Can bad posture really cause pain?

Posture is rarely the only cause, but staying in one position for a long time often contributes to neck, shoulder and back discomfort. Changing position regularly and building strength usually helps.

Do I need special furniture?

Usually not. Small adjustments to the height of your screen, chair or work surface, plus regular movement breaks, are often enough. We will suggest changes that suit your situation.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on how long you have had symptoms and how your body responds. We will discuss a realistic plan after your assessment.
